Community Routes: How Passenger-Submitted Timings Work
Users can suggest missing timings. Learn how community routes appear in search and how they get verified.
Why community routes exist
Official Haryana Roadways data sometimes lags behind changes on the ground — new seasonal services, rerouted buses, or timings adjusted at the depot. Community submissions fill this gap.
Submitting a missing route
Tap "Add a route" in the app after searching for a route you know exists but cannot find. Enter the from/to, timings, and any via stops. Your submission goes into a pending queue.
Verification process
Other users who travel that route can upvote or downvote the submission. Routes with enough upvotes and no official contradiction are promoted to the main results.
Status badges
Pending routes show a yellow badge. Approved community routes show a green "Community" badge. Rejected routes are removed but the submitter is notified.
